MEDIAPRO to produce the final of the CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores

The MEDIAPRO Group will produce and distribute the signal in the competition’s three official languages for America, Europe and Asia.

The MEDIAPRO Group, leader in the audiovisual sector, has been appointed host broadcaster of the final of the CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores, one of the biggest impact and most popular sporting events in America, which will be played next Saturday between Brazilian teams Santos FC and Palmeiras.

MEDIAPRO will produce and distribute the signal in Spanish, Portuguese and English for America, Europe and Asia. In addition, it will produce a custom signal for the BBC in London.

A total of 40 professionals working from the MEDIAPRO offices in Buenos Aires, Miami and Overon America to produce and distribute the signal, and to support CONMEBOL and the rights-holding operators with a presence in the stadium such as ESPN Sur, Facebook Latin America, FOX Brazil, Nippon TT, SBT Brazil and beIN USA.

With this contract, MEDIAPRO will have served the two main continental finals organized by UEFA and CONMEBOL in 2020-2021, by also hosting the final phase of the UEFA Champions League held last August in Lisbon. As such, the MEDIAPRO Group becomes the audiovisual group responsible for the production of both finals in 2019 and 2020, which are added to the UEFA Champions League finals in 2010, held at the Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid, and the 2014 finals, in the Lisbon Da Luz Stadium.

MEDIAPRO, A reference in the international audiovisual sector has also participated in the production of the UEFA Nations League finals, European Super Cup, FIFA Confederations Cup, FIFA World Cup, FIBA, Euroleague, Pan American Games, Arab Games, African Nations Cup and Formula 1.
